Equipment Warranty

New equipment purchased from Centrifuges Unlimited Inc. by the original Purchaser is guaranteed to operate correctly and to be free from any defects in parts, materials or workmanship for a period of three hundred and sixty five (365) days from shipment.

Remanufactured Equipment purchased from Centrifuges Unlimited Inc. by the original purchaser is guaranteed to operate correctly and to be free from any defects in parts, materials or workmanship for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from shipment.

Centrifuges Unlimited Inc. is not responsible for and cannot guarantee warranty for damages resulting from the following:

• Acts of God, labour difficulties, military and/or civil encounters.
• Use for which the equipment was not intended, abuse or misuse. Improper operation, assembly, handling, extended storage by original Purchaser or other party.
• Corrosion, erosion, ordinary wear and tear.

Any form of parts or accessories, equipment or modifications supplied by or installed by other manufacturers or a third party, without the consent and approval of Centrifuges Unlimited Inc. shall be void from the Centrifuges Unlimited Inc. Guarantee of Warranty. Parts and accessories provided by other manufacturers or vendors shall carry that particular manufacturer’s or vendor’s warranty only.

Centrifuges Unlimited Inc. shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect damages which are incurred during shipment by carrier other than Centrifuges Unlimited Inc. Centrifuges Unlimited Inc. shall not be responsible for any loss of product or downtime as a result of failure of our equipment.

Centrifuges Unlimited Inc. shall not be responsible for material, repairs, parts, modification or labour made to the equipment unless original purchaser has contacted Centrifuges Unlimited Inc. and received authorization by a Centrifuges Unlimited Inc. agent.
